Okay, so the nights will soon be drawing in here in Scotland, it's going to start raining a lot during the day and getting really cold.
And I reckon there aren't going to be as many girls sitting around in the park waiting for me to come over and say hi, so my day game opportunities are going to dry up a bit due to the weather.

So, I'm thinking I need to get on the apps. But I've never done them before, they weren't really a thing 9 years ago before I was in a relationship.

I realise the male to female ratio sucks and chicks get innundated with lame ass "whats up" messages every day from guys, so you need to do something to stand out. And I know having good quality pictures is super important.

I figure it would help my text game too. And my text game sucks so I need the practice.

Is the best place to start Alex from Playing With Fire's guide. He seems to be the main dude with the Tinder info based on the limited research I've done so far.

Obviously there are articles here on GC too, so I'll read them as well.

Also, I'm nearly 43 and I don't want to be stuck with other divorcees in their 40's who are looking for a new dad for their kids.

I figure chicks who are 25 or 30 who are just looking to hook up have probably set some age limit to screen out guys my age, so do I just lie and say I'm 35? I'm told plenty of times that I look a good bit younger than I am, so I don't think anyone would look at me and go "no way, he's loads older than 35".

Anyway, is there anywhere else to get started apart from Alex at PWF and GC articles?

Also, any tips in general?

I don't know if UK is much different from US. I presume not.

Definitely hide your age or lie about it.

In Tinder it is a pretty dumb number that girls just use to reject without giving you a chance.
You can always tell the truth once you meet her… if you did a good impression, it won’t matter much.

As for texting guides, sorry I can’t really help.
All the ones I’ve tried failed except for Girlschase’s… but unfortunately Chase’s guide is minimalist and focused on logistics which is great for girls you meet in person but doesn’t translate well to Tinder.

You might want to look up Alex from Playing With Fire. I believe he mostly gets laid from apps and has it down to a fine art, and he's also done some guest posts on Girls Chase recently as well.

Yeah I figure the age thing doesn't really matter once you meet up and have a good time. If it's a problem then so be it, I'd never have got the chance in the first place as she's just trying to screen out all the fat boring middle aged losers that are swiping right on everything in a skirt.

Cool, I'll look up his articles on here too. I like his YouTube videos, he seems to be the guy that had this stuff down.
