This has become worse and worse for me.... growing up I never had issues getting up when my alarm went off. Now I snooze 3-4 times every morning. When I'm able to get up early and get stuff done before work I'm so much happier, but my brain is pretty much trained to fall back asleep when my alarm goes off at this point.
No matter how early I get to sleep I still have the problem. Meditation hasn't helped either because I can't seem to become conscious before hitting the snooze button
Does anyone have recommendations on how to overcome this?
