Getting Weak After Coming! Yikes

Hey Guys,

Quick question. The last time I had sex I had a problem with continuing after coming the first time. Whenever I masturbate I get super weak, sex the same. I get so weak that I get dizzy and fall asleep shortly afterwards. I just got some out my system and I'm struggling to stay awake and continue with my day. So I won't fight the urge to sleep. I'll get a hour rest and continue with my day. What I want to know is how do I avoid getting weak after coming?

I get excited during sex and masturbation so I want to come fast. The best part isn't the act itself but the anticipation of coming because that's when I feel the most stimulated . After coming the fun has gone through and it's no longer exciting. Seeing naked girls after coming is boring too. So if I was to come and a girl wanted me to continue I would not be able to finish her off. My dick loses its erection, I get dizzy, sleepy, and I feel pain and weakness in my arms, legs, chest, and back. I can't type anymore since I just came from masturbation. Weak as a old dog. So I'll end here. Anyone has any tips on what I could do to avoid weakness after coming?

Energy drinks does the trick for me. Sugar free rockstar. I don't know what else advice to give you its real personalized I guess.

I think generally every guy feels this way (to varying degrees) after sexual release. My guess is that it's a biological thing -- your body just completed it's ultimate goal in life (to copulate and reproduce), so it generally starts shutting down to let you sleep and "recover" your strength so that you can go out and do it again.

For the most part, this is generally a short-lived feeling. If you really want to go again afterward, the best advice I can give you is to NOT give into the feeling of getting sleepy. If you just lay on your pillow and get too comfortable after you finish, you're body is going to assume you're giving into its inclination to rest, and it will begin to shut down.

An energy drink can probably help as david suggested, and I would also recommend standing up and walking around after you finish. You want to let your body know that you're not ready to "rest" yet, so you need the blood to continue pumping. I'll sometimes walk to the kitchen and drink water, and then maybe walk to the bathroom afterward. Just stay active for at least 10 minutes after you finish so that your body doesn't fall into a sleepy state.

I've heard (though wouldn't be 100% sure of the validity of the statement) that when you get done having sex and climax, after your body is satiated in having fulfilled one of its biological imperatives and then gets the urge to go and fulfill its other biological imperatives consequently (e.g. sleep/water/food).

I'm pretty young and always urge to do it a couple more times after finishing first session... I'd say make sure that you are getting ample healthy food, rest and strenuous exercise in, in your daily routine... this will help you stay healthy and help up testosterone levels and make you wanna fuck more sessions (heavy weightlifting is the way to go ;)).

No tips other than whats already been given, but it might not be a bad idea to teach yourself how to last longer in bed and eliminate the problem altogether.

I really don't have a set way of doing this but I also struggle with premature ejaculation and since I don't have the highest sex drive in the world sometimes I won't be able to get hard to go a 2nd round. Which sucks if the girl didn't get her rocks off and I wanted to keep her around.

I've since been on a fairly rigid training program in which I masturbate with good lube to stimulate a vagina.

Since I've started this program I used to have a lot of trouble lasting 5-8 minutes. Now I can last 20 min. + no problem.

I've had sex twice since I started going hardcore with this program and I found that I can last a bit longer but it's still really hard. However I'm about certain if I could find a girl that I could practice on for a couple weeks I'd be a champ in no time.

An idea perhaps to get you started...

I have tried energy drinks like Red Bull, Lucozade, Gatorade, and Monster. The only ones that works for me are Red Bull and Monster. The rest make me energized for about 20 minutes then causing me to crash. It gives me a bolt of energy that quickly makes me even more tired. I always see the Rockstar right beside the Red Bull in supermarkets. Next time I stop there I'll be sure to pick up a can. The sugar in beverages is what causes the high bolt of energy followed by tiredness. So I like your idea of suggesting "Sugar Free Rockstar"

If I won't give into the feeling then it would be best for me to be standing when I'm about to come. And as you said, walk around. I usually sit or lie down imediately afterwards. Yes, the body does shut down after finishing it's biological inclinations. I didn't know that drinking water ( or a beverage ) helped. So thanks for the input.

I haven't been to the gym in a while now. I need to get back there as I've lost a lot of muscle since. Yeah Gem, I agree being able to last more sessions is the way to go. Weight lifting always helps me feel free and loose especially when I focus on doing bench presses. Man that packed some muscle on my chest back then when I went to the gym 3 days a week. Thanks for the input.

Yes Rob, I'm interested in hearing what you have to say. I too don't have a high sex drive. After coming some of the excitement goes away so I understand what you are saying. Losing the erection makes it even harder to go a second round. So what is your program? You've improved a great deal in that area. Great to hear.
