GF & BF 1 day, but not the next? huh?

Hey all, I'm just really curious about the people that you see on Facebook are in a relationship one day, then are in a different relationship with someone the next day, and so on. I remember Chase addressing something like this in social circle, but he addressed friends having sex with each other, not BF/GF roles. Besides, friends in social circle are more likely to just bump uglys than to ask eachother to be BF/GF, right ?

Assuming these are 2 different things, what the HECK is the deal with these people?

My only guess is that it's a "let's go out so we can have sex with eachother quick" sort of deal, but if I ever suggested that to a girl, I'd probably slap MYSELF... so...what gives? Or does the guy just ask the girl out, fuck her, dump her, and let her deal with it?

It's facebook, I wouldn't take anything you see on there too seriously. What age bracket are the people that you see doing this primarily?

It was a little while ago in highschool. Perhaps not a very good question because it WAS facebook... but I've seen it happen more than once, and if I still used it, I'd probably still see it happen a bit, but that's just an assumption.

Yeah it's a lets just get together to have sex thing... Plus usually immature in high school too.

This reminds me of this hilarious fat guy I knew in high school who had a fat girlfriend too,

And he'd be like

"Hey gem look jen broke up with me (shows me his phone; for like the 6th time that month)".

"Oh no (mockingly) think it's serious"

Him laughing, "yeah I think so"; and then by the end of the period he'd show me a heartfelt thorough apology text from her" less than an hour later.

And we were young in high school too she was ugly but they'd stay together because they'd fuck everyday.
