I was seeing this girl and she found out I went on a date with her schoolmate.

I said '' as i always told you, i keep my options up, but i do it without doing anything sexually with that woman. But you are not believing ANYTHING that i say , just because you've seen a couple texts. Look, I m no angel but with you i was definetly growing.. I realized i hurt you but that was not my intention. I wanted to have options since women always have them anyway, without using them''


what else should you do?

I always kind of implied i would keep on flirting during the relationship but she said '' i didn't think it meant going on dates, i can't trust you anymore bla bla bla...''

The only way to recover is to come clean. You can try to rationalize it, but that seldom works.
