A few weeks ago I met a girl, got her number and tried to arrange a date with her. She said she was "too busy" those days with essays, studying blah blah blah. So I decided to drop it and focus on other girls instead. Over the last week she's been texting me every few days out of the blue to say what she's up to. Last time she texted me to ask why I didnt wish her a happy birthday and I teased her with "I might wish you a merry christmas when it comes round ;-)" She hasn't mentioned meeting up and nor have I (because I decided to concentrate on other girls instead.) The last one I received from her was "im off to poland!" this morning. Now what do I do? Do I reply to the text with something short like "oh that's cool, have an awesome time" or do I totally ignore it? I know im concentrating on other girls at the moment yet I would be open to seeing this girl if one day she chased me for a date as she is attractive. Thing is I'm wary of totally ignoring the text as she may go totally cold and my chances of seeing her out one day may go to zero yet if I reply she may just see me as an orbiter. Personally I'm more inclined to just totally ignore it and see what happens, she may chase me harder from then on.
