Girl leaving, fwb while gone

So my go will be gone for nearly a year, and said us staying together is up to me and will be happy with whatever decision I make. I'd like to stay with her, but also don't want to be celibate for a year. How would I go about presenting that option to her, and other women granted I can get her on the same page.
