Girl says she's exhausted and staying in, sign of invitation?

Quick question gents,

I recently had a girl give me the answer that she was exhausted and staying in on a night when I asked her through text what she was doing that particular night. Was her answer a sign of invitation? Did she want me to ask to invite myself over? I didn't even think twice about her answer that night because I already had another meet setup I wasn't gonna break.

I ask this question because me and the girl already had a date setup prior to this conversation, and low and behold she flaked on the date.

So did me not inviting myself over push me out of the lover category and into something else undesirable? I mean I'll ask her out once more, if she flakes again I'll next her quick.

Just wanted to know if you guys think she had a massive state shift in me failing to attempt to invite myself over?

She could be giving you an invitation or she might actually just be exhausted. It all depends on the context.

Actually, now that I think about it, it's also possible she was telling you she's disinterested in going out on a date with you. She flaked before, and now she sent you this text. I could be wrong, but I think she might be showing disinterest OR she might be putting up some heavy resistance. That's what that sounds like to me from what I've read.

The flake happened after the conservation Normajean. I guess I didn't make that clear.

She texted me randomly after we step up the date asking how my day was, so I guess that's a sign of interest. My thinking was that I botched it when she randomly texted me asking how my day was by not asking to invite myself over? Me thinking afterward maybe she was just horny and down to fuck right that night.

But I guess who knows, like you said maybe she really was just exhausted

This is very true. However don't you think he's in a tight spot now that she flaked and he possibly missed an opportunity to escalate? In other words, how would he apply that (the qoute I underlined) to his current circumstances?

Yeah, I don't think Tworocky's quote is applicable at this point. And I'm not much for quotes like that until after I've fucked the girl.

I'll shoot for another meet with her, if she flakes a second time I'll know it's over and move on. Never miss escalation windows people But that night was just not workable anyhow, had another meet setup.
