My personality is generally shy and introverted and I've been working on being more warm and open with women. I've been saying hi to women more often and making small talk, always focusing the conversations on them. But I can't seem to get women to ever say hey to me when I sit next to them or walk past them.
I have this one girl who I know finds me attractive. I say hi and make small talk when I'm next to her in class but she'll never initiate a conversation with me or say hey to me but she'll say hi to other guys. I'm not jealous, I just want to learn what those other guys are doing well that I'm not. It seems like women are shy around me for some reason.
