Girl's Birthday Party? Go or No?

In a bit of an odd situation here and just wanted to get a second opinion on it from some guys on the boards.

So as most of you know, I just got back from Cancun recently and before Cancun I had gone on a date with a girl name "stefanie" in one of my FR++. Anyways, after the first date, I believe I had been "boyfriend zoned" (failed escalation, just madeout with her) and I basically went on somewhat of a second date with her, which was a "party date". I utilized pre-selection through the roof, and this girl was "thirstly" texting me after that massive pre-selection. However, I tried setting up a third date to hangout with her before Cancun but unfortunately both of us were really busy and couldn't meet up. So, I recently go in touch with her after my trip and sent her a few texts exchanges and then went to set-up a date to hangout and this happened:

(Note: She also sent me an invite on Facebook to come out for her birthday at a club called the bank before the text exchange. I never responded to this invite because well, I didn't feel it was personal and obvs not a fan of party dates).

Me: Hey Stefanie, how'd your break go? Sorry, I haven't been in touch with you. I have been busy with school after since coming back from Mexico.
Her: Hey! My break went very well . How'd your trip go?
Me: Good! It was nice to get away from the cold weather and get a bit of tan
Her: That's good! ya I bet, the weather has been so bad. I wish I could of went away
Me: Haha ya, it was nice! Anyways, let's get together sometime this week! what's you schedule look like?

3 and a half days later...

Her: Hey, sorry I haven't been in touch with you. I didn't mean to ignore you at all . I've just been really busy because it's my birthday Friday. Sorry

So, I thought about waiting the weekend out and getting back in touch with her on Sunday but I decided to text her the next night.

Me: Oh no worries, I've been pretty busy myself with school anyways. A birthday is always something to look forward too

I basically sent this text above with the mindset that I was going to Next her unless she asked me to meet up.

Next day (her birthday)

Her: haha okay. Yea exactly! lol if you're going out tomorrow you should stop by the bank!

Haven't responded back. Just of curiosity, what do you guys think? Is it worth going to possibly meet up with her or should I just ignore this.

I'm looking at this from two sides:

Good side:
- Girl's birthday, a good excuse for her to get laid and be that guy to give her sex. Not to mention alcohol is involved.

Bad side:
- Party date (guys hitting on her, possible cock blocks from friends, her getting to drunk, etc.)

Personally, I'm leaning towards not going. However, I do plan on maybe going out and doing my own thing and if I run into her or something happens, so be it.

Your inclination seems to be right on point, I'd probably not go if it was me to this party. Another red flag I didn't like was her waiting three days to get back to you, now this doesn't mean she doesn't want you, it might just be she's indifferent. She's thinking I like him, but not enough to move heaven and earth for him.

(History tells us if a girl wants a guy badly, she'd have reached out that night or next day -- not three days after).

My process if I were you would be to try and isolate for a solo date, see if she bites. If she acquiesces she probably likes you and wants something, if she delays and gives more excuses probably best to move on to more promising prospects.
