Another thing I've been wondering about is those girls who take ages to text back. You know the ones who take a couple days to text back. With those girls is it because they just hate texting and they want you to ask them out immediately or is it because they're just really busy and it's still best to wait for them to text you, establish a bit of rapport then ask them on a date?
