Girls who don't give out their numbers on the 1st meet

Straight to point with this one...

So, I have been buffing up my daygame like no man's business. And it's fucking awesome and a good boost for confidence.
But then, I have met some 2 or 3 girls who refused to gimme their numbers on the 1st meet just because, according to them, it's against their principle or something only God knows. Fuck those bitches! Lol.

Initially, I thought it was their own polite way of telling me to go fuck myself or something. But then, for two out of the three girls, I later got their numbers on the 2nd meet as they had promised. Weird, right?

Anyways, my question is....

Is there some sweet or magic line one can use to subdue the frame of these kind of girls? Or better still, is there a better way to respond to them and appear unfaced whenever they dish out those crazy principle lines?

I haven't think about this one. NarrowJ in the past got this one girl who would give him her number and then send a list of expectations so he fulfill them. Pretty hilarious actually.

YOu can try give some "taken aback" facial expression. Try experimenting different things.

Usually a girl giving out her number is a pretty tame step in gaining compliance. Most girls will do it, if only just to get the guy out of her way.

It's hard to fully analyze this because we don't have much more knowledge than knowing that these girls explained that they weren't going to give you their number because it's against their principle. Remember, if at first they say no, persist. To me, this sounds like a childish decision, so I might reply with something like this,

Me: Hey, give me your number so we can get in contact later
Her: Well, I can't. I don't give people my number out to strangers I've just met.
Me: It's certainly the only way we'd be able to become more than strangers
Her: I just can't give my number out to random guys...
Me: Look; I'm Ross and you're this beautiful girl I've met that I know loves animals, drinking, and netflix, with the goals of becoming a veterinarian. And I'd love to spend more time with you, and get to know this beautiful girl even better than I already do

Most often these are just walls that you're going to have to eventually break through, and once you persist hard enough or clever enough, they won't throw them up anymore. Some throw them up extremely early, some wait until just before you've got their panties off. All you can do is persist, and to know how exactly to persist will only come from your own experiences.
