With the way things are in the western world right now, it seems like being seen as "Muslim" or "Arab" is not too popular right now. While I did read comments with Chase talking about this recently when he mentioned guys of "unsexy" minority groups, this lead me to wonder.
I watch the news and keep up with political events but I came to this forum for a reason, to get better with women. All I really think about is how all of this will affect me, even though I am not Muslim or anything, I do have darker skin and look foreign.
The biggest problem here is perception and how society sees races, maybe I am a pessimist in regards to society in general and think of the worst case scenarios, especially when they involve women.
I hear from some Europeans who say that the refugee crisis, in certain countries, has made women a lot more weary when going out. Now common sense will say that these women are probably even more weary of men that have a darker skin and a foreign appearance that resembles those of the refugees. Lets just say I won't be going to Germany or Sweden anytime soon to hit on hot girls, sadly enough.
With all of the bad press brown guys are getting, I am thinking that the women watching the news aren't having that bright of an image of us in their heads.
What I think more of is when that same hot girl is out in a bar or nightclub setting, just out in general, and a brown Arab guy goes up to her and approaches her, good thoughts don't exactly come to my head about that situation.
Since race threads have been big on this section, I want to ask this:
1. How big of an impact, especially going forward, are these modern politics going to have of men of the races that are seen as the main race to dislike?
2. What can men of those races do?
For 2, it seems like all Asian men had to do was be more masculine and alpha as they were seen as submissive. Problem for darker skinned men like Arabs is that we aren't seen as submissive so being alpha and masculine might not work that well.
