Why we all giveup and get burnout is because everyone is telling everyone that "You can be JEsus Christ in 5 Steps". (advertising) (the more business jargon you use, the more money you make).
Don't do that. YOu going to hate yourself because someone put business jargons on you.
Reframe yourself. Throw away business jargons in your life that other people put. And be the guy that set many many super small goals and quickly complete them.
