So yesterday I went to the gym as a new part of my routine. I started off playing basketball for some quick cardio then proceeded to work out afterwards. Towards the end of my workout I notice a cute brunette with a great ass in front of me giving me glances as I work out. I take note of this and continue to finish my workout. I soon finish my set and see the brunette heading on her way out so I begin to engage. As she is walking out the door she notices me coming behind her and holds the door open for me. I saw this as an opportunity and began to start a conversation. It went something like this.
Soon after the above interaction I continued to finish my workout. Once I finished I went to grab my younger brother who was at the gym with me. I saw him then remembered I left my bag in the weight room. I went back to grab it when i noticed a thick, curvy, blonde with nice legs heading my way. I walked up with no hesitation and approached. She seemed familiar so it started off something like this.
We continue to talk but the convo was again pretty platonic she did tell me though that she was training to run a half marathon which I found interesting. I continued to deep dive a bit then grabbed her number and was on my way.
I texted her a couple of hours later as well which seemed to be going well at first. I suggested a meet up then the girl took a long time to message me back. She then tells me after a while that she has a boyfriend and doesn't want to lead me on. I tell her that I was a little surprised and a bit jealous but wouldn't mind just having her as a cool person in my life since she was pretty cool. I figure I could just hang out with her every once in a while and have a good connection. I could also learn from her with some light flirting, bantering, and other techniques I could use without fear of her just running off. The only bad thing is that she has a bf which means no sex... well without risk. I think in all it was a good interaction or good practice per say.
Things done well:
-Approached without hesitation
-Held conversations for longer than usual.
-Number closed in both interactions
Things to work on:
-Need to let my intentions known more clearly
-Must control sexual urges especially in loose fitting attire
-Try and initiate more touch , sexual talk, and flirting to make the convo more enjoyable.

The coversation was a bit platonic but I did get her number and then gave her a hug goodbye. The strangest thing happened during the hug however. I gave her a side hug because I noticed I had a raging hard on in my athletic shorts. This is where she kinda looks down and I am pretty sure she noticed it.
