FR Gym Latina Lashes

Hey all, going to be posting more FRs, so this might get a bit unruly, but here we go haha!

I've seen this chick a couple times, but never had a good opening. We were somewhat close in the gym turf area, (and the other HB went elsewhere) so after I finished my last move in the area, I stood near her until she finished her cycle. Had to crouch down and put my hand near her for a moment for her to snap out of the zone (makes me laugh how some older guy was preaching how aware girls are 30 minutes later lol). Off we go:

The pace was rather quick, she was very on it with replying and asking questions. I was crouched during the first half and then seated the second half and she's reclining on a mat.

Her: Oh hi!
Me: Hey, I need to keep going, but I thought you looked cute
Her: Thanks my name's ___
Me: ___ (repeat her name), I'm ___
Her: Nice meeting you!
Me: I can't tell... are you in high school or college?
Her: I'm in college! I'm at ____
Me: Cool, what do you study?
Her: I'm studying Marketing and Advertisement!
Me: Ohh, nice (she jumps in)
Her: What do you do?
Me: I'm doing a bit of commercial real estate, so similar (gestures toward her)
Her: Yeah! I have some friends doing that, I know how it takes a while to start, then you're off.
Me: Guessing they do... residential?
Her: Yeah, houses and stuff, you said commercial, what's that like?
Me: Yeah, it's similar, but more extreme, like maybe 1 deal a year but it could be......... a million dollars?
Her: How do you like it?
Me: Well haha, I've pivoted to the tech side of the industry
Her: Oh what kind of stuff are you doing?
Me: Well my degree was basically underwriting for commercial real estate, so you start as an analyst and the sales guys throw deals at you, so I'm making a program to help with underwriting.
Her: That's cool! How old are you?
Me: How old do you think?
Her: Mmm 23?
Me: Close! ... Not really haha, 29... I know I look younger, I've got not-all-white-genes so I'm aging better
Her: *laughs*
Me: Hey, I need to finish up (workout), but how about we hangout some time (successfully switched to "hangout", still working to make it a statement and not a question).
Her: Yeah sure, here, put your number in my phone
Me: *phone stuff* How many classes are you taking?
Her: Oh I'm taking 6
Me: *semi-astonished face* How's that going?
Her: It's okay, I have blah blah blah (didn't pick it up as I was doing phone stuff) a couple 3 hour classes.
Me: Ah, are those once a week?
Her: (Missed it again because of phone lol)
Me: *Hands back her phone* I messed with you a bit and sent myself a text...
Her: *looks* "Hey handsome" *laughs!* [thanks Skills]
Me: Ah text me how to spell your name
Her: Okay!
Smiles/grins, and I'm off

20 minutes later I "reply" with:
Her(me): Hey handsome
*Hearted* Me: Ahh thanks ____ (?), so nice *silly emoji*
Her: You can save my contact as ____ or ____ whichever one u prefer more


So despite the length of the convo, this was me attempting to keep things short lol, but she was ON IT with contributing, so I did make sure to cut things while she was still going. Thought about how I could bring in screening, but she was too on it. The ask probably should've looked more like "we should continue this, let's hangout sometime".

Open to any thoughts and tips!

And at this point I saw her in the gym, so I made a point to just be cool and talk to her and not text. The stars aligned and the two girls I needed to plan things with for this week split far apart as soon as my workout ended. Set things up with the other girl (more serious, longer term contender), then walked across the gym to this girl lol. I go to a water station in front of where she's at, with a path that makes it seem like I didn't see her, so she can just stare at me beforehand. After filling up, I'm just confidently turning to head out, then "notice" her. I walk up:


Her: Hey! *very excitedly, stops doing her leg move*
Me: Hey, keep going *lightheartedly* *gestures toward her legs* Finally done with mine (workout), about time to go do some work. (She seemed to be trying to abide by this time constraint the rest of the convo)
Her: *flustered, does a couple more* *Ohh*
Me: How was your weekend?
Her: It was good! how was yours?
Me: It was good! Talked too much, but that was nice
Her: Hey I'm sorry I was so busy this morning
Me: No worries, school stuff?
Her: Yeah... I have so many assignments to do...
Me: Ahh no worries
Her: If you text me we can still figure something out for tomorrow (which is now unavailable because the first girl lol). There's so many assignments to take care of
Me: Ahh, tomorrow may not be the best at this point. Is there another day you could do?
Her: Thursday?
Me: ...That works
Her: Cool you can just text me and let me know when you can meet and stuff (it sounded like she was nervous and trying to put on a face of being worth being taken seriously, guess I'm getting better at wielding my age difference [9 years here])
Me: Ah, I'm self employed, so I'm always busy unless I'm occupied.
Her: *ohhh*
Me: How does the 3 or 8 work?
Her: Yeah 3 is good
Me: Cool, and ___ is good?
Her: Yeah, that's good too!
Me: Awesome, well take care ___ (I may have said something about "see you then" but don't recall)
Her: Bye
