i was walking by two HB5.5s on a couch for sale located outside of a store. i had no intention to actually engage them in conversation as the positioning was a little weird. As I was walking by, I said this:
As soon as I heard that come out of her mouth, I felt a surge of anger. I turned around and walked up to her. Immediately, she's scrambling to get as far away from me as possible:
I've approached nearly 1000 women now, and I think she's been the only girl who has ever said "ew" to me like that.
It embarrasses me that i felt mad, and that I didn't ignore it and walk away. But it was a good lesson for me...I realized that the girl who was rejecting me was likely inexperienced with guys. In fact, I probably helped teach her a lesson too.
Most girls know that guys are aggressive. When there's a guy on the street that's annoying them, they aren't going to say anything that could make the guy mad. It's very risky for them. Especially if they're being approached all day. Same thing on the internet. You see screenshots of girls rejecting guys on the internet all the time, and the guy gets pissed as heck and starts insulting the girl. My reaction was typical of your average guy, lol.
So the fact that she made such a polarizing, risky statement to me leads me to believe she was inexperienced. An experienced girl would have ignored it, or even laughed.
I wish i went back and told her that she was clearly a virgin and challenged her a little bit. But at the end of the day I'd still feel bad about that - i want women to be better off than I found them.
One separate note was that there was likely a mismatch in frames. I perceived my opener to be a harmless, playful comment. She probably viewed it as some sort of objectifying cat call - especially since it was a driveby open.
