Are people suppressed?
I mean "Haters", "Just be Yourself" advisors are not exactly bad people. They want to be successful too. But given the fact that education and society are built around a "A one size fits all" mentality.
I cannot really condemn this people. I sure hate them sometimes, I mean this motherf**ker who doesn't know you but thinks he's great and tries to "one up" you. It's like people are given generally vague answers for so long, that you can't help to think that people give up learning altogether. I would factor lazyness and other things too. Ignorance too.
