I been reading that you should try this for the first date, this seems odd, does anyone try this? I am just thinking I would just meet somewhere, girl takes her car and I take mine. It seems more likely she would flake because she has to find your address but I don't know...

Sure. Tell her to come pick you up for dinner, invite her in and get down to business!

Then, you can always go out for that dinner afterwards, and a lot of pressure will be off of you. But, you may want to elect to order some pizza delivery and do the deed a few more times. The idea is to get her putting in more effort, which yes increases the likelihood that she flakes. But, if you deliver on the ways that you can make her feel by having a great emotional connection and getting your fair share of attraction, you can get her putting in higher levels of effort with less chance of a flake.
