Hey guys,

About to quit my club job in a few weeks and start traveling Europe/the World to pursue my dream as a writer. I have plans until mid-July, but after that, all bets are off.

If you live in a European country, and are willing to host me, that'd be super dope nasty. We'll go pick up bitches, I'll cook you food, and we can go do all the hoodrat shit imaginable (or fancy, opulent stuff, if that's your style - I got sum fancy, shmancy clothes for that, too).

Send me a PM if this sounds fun.

Hector

Modified the subject line for you so it's clear to anyone passing through what this one's about, amigo.

You're going to have a great time bouncing around through Europe. Going to be transformative.

I do tend to be more artistic than practical, my friend! :D

Thank you!

Hector

P.S. Here's a pic of me getting ready for travel

Hector,

I hope you get good internet/electricity there. We wouldn't want anything to disrupt your King of college book and that Unleashing the Beast series( if its still happening).

Marcellus,

You know, when I first traveled Europe, I assumed it would be a wasteland with no technology, no food, and shitty housing. And this is despite me being a varacious reader and very tolarent. Yet I couldn't shake the feeling that anything outside of the US isn't barbarian-land. Really weird how US culture trains you to think "US#1! HERP DERP." Been to a dozen countries in the past few years so I know better, but PART OF ME still thinks "shit, are they gonna have internetz?"

But no worries, I'll finish the book by summer if it's the death of me. I mean, I have nothing else to do - I'm dedicating my life to writing. And the beast series is my next big-go after I finish a few more practical articles. I have like a dozen articles half-written and just need to chop one and go to the next, etc.

I fucking Netherlanddssssss. HOT VERDOMA!

As an American who spent age 8-18 living in Asia and Europe...I thought the US was all cliques and mass surveillance (ironic right, given the Middle East) and far right gun touting republican bigots (and my country had rifle owning tribesmen). I also was told despite our flaws, we were the flawed Byronic powerhouse heroes of the world (mostly by the US embassy). Having lived here a year in the Midwest but also east coast, it's not all true, still figuring out was is and isn't.

It's a journey wherever you're from.

But admitting your limiting views helps lots, as people flock to your side to show you the real America (or France or Croatia or wherever tbh) and you look a little young and inexperienced but in exchange for an immense education.

Just my three cents; I know you're possibly socially calibrated enough to skip all this. also seems like you might be past this. I'm going clubbing with a Latino, a hot American redhead, an Egyptian beauty, and a gay man, in two days, despite tbh being prejudiced against all of them for being small town American a week ago.

And tbh I used to (and it's still ingrained into me, to some extent) think that estate is right here (he still may be, it's an interesting cultural observations, and full respect to estate, i learned a lot from him) viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10566&p=51999&hilit=Colin+Farrell#p51999[/url]
Sorry to hijack the post; I thought you brought up interesting cultural differences. Strangely enough, I was called "all-American" by euro girls a lot. For reference my vibe was and still is a lot like Chris Pratt, although I'm heading towards a more edgy tony stark Ryan Reynolds Schtick.
Chase, you've been everywhere. Hector you've been a lot of places I haven't and will be a lot of places I won't. Any others, I hope to hear from you :D
Works both ways,
World peace,

I'm in the Netherlands too!

I live in a single room college dorm type of deal, but I can set up an air bed or something. Let me know what your plans are and which cities you'll be visiting and I'll be happy to help and hang out man!
