Quite the list you got there Slay. As a small mind game: If you focused on each of these almost 50 points, one at a time, for a month each (as Chase recommended in some article of his), it would take you a bit over four years to become a "perfect" manly man. In the end thats not so long. Lets get busy boys.

Great list, and I'm trying to perfect my fundamentals too by watching these masculine figures and paying attention to body language details.

What I do is I focus on one character for like 3-4 weeks and try to embody as much of his persona/body language and obviously customise it and make it my own brand.

I owe most of my fundamentals game rn to watching Jon Hamm's Don Draper on MM, I think his fundamentals are out-of-this-world. In particular whenever I talk to women and try to steer the vibe to a naughtier direction I try to emulate this look, still gotta perfect it though. Also going to add in a few more influences, I've watched Gary Cooper in High Noon and boy was I impressed!

I might actually start a fundamentals log soon; it's something I really wanna get down by the end of next year.
