I guess the simple answer would just be to strike up a conversation, but specifically in my case, I think some mild back story is necessary.
The short of it is, I hooked up with this girl at a prom after party.
Shortly thereafter, I messaged her via Facebook, and after some mild banter and pleasantries, I told her I'd like to hang out.
She told me very explicitly that she isn't looking for anything - not even casual.
Problem is, that conversation was literally our last, and it was about 4 weeks ago at this point.
Those are just her words over Facebook though - I have a feeling, just like at prom, some charm would loosen her up.
So, I'm wondering, how should I go about hitting up this girl I haven't spoken to in about a month? Obviously I want to go for the hang out with her, but the only mode of communication I have is over Facebook. With that said,

1. Do I go for the directly inviting her to hang out (in a smooth, unneedy way, obviously)
OR
2. Message her, banter with her for a few moments, then invite her to hang out?
I'm just worried she'll straight up not reply - which method do you think would be best, considering the history?
