in my opinion, out of 36 dates, only 10 lays, is bad, it should be more like 30 lays.... my reasoning, is that they were out on the date (interested) and the issue was converting them.... so i would see what is going on in the dates the is not allowing you to convert more....

Are this date online? or day game? or night game? break that down too...

if you went on 36 dates online and lay 10, is bad

if you did 36 insta dates from day game and lay 10 you are a big time pimp on same day

if you met a girl night game and met on a date second encounter then is bad...

Actually, a my dates which have been failed were either due to bad logistics, i.e. date being an hour or so away.

Or

A venue where I could not touch the girl, like sitting across table instead of side by side.

Especially sitting across in a loud venue.

Its stupid some place here have these huge tables.

Then, incase girl was on a tight schedule, like 45 min date etc.

Depending on accurate your feel is for it and how much free time you have for dates, I would personally try to lay every attractive girl I can get on a date, unless she‘s explicitly shown something unappealing like super religious and saving for marriage or something that indicates a ton of lmr.

Im definitely not an online game guy personally, but my lay rate was, I think between 85-90%, below 90%. Not good probably.

Just a note, I did have a lot of dates that started at my place or her place and we never left or the date was set at my place or her place and we had sex within an hour of meeting, fastest was 15 minutes ish.

Maybe setting dates to be at your place? 2 hours at the bar seems possible that a dtf girl could change her mind if you mess up, if you can start a date at your place or have the date at your place then do so, if you can’t then do the bar date.
