how do you deal with jealous an calculating people

hey folks wanted help with a piece of problem
how do you deal with people being jealous from your happiness and luck in life and further calculating it.
my question is how do you deal with them.
well in general you will advice to cut contact with them but what if you live under same roof.
for current situation I met an accident and I got a short term memory loss now I live with my parents and have a little sister by nature she is calculating and manipulative and also jealous of my carefree nature now 2 days went fine but she now starts to make my life hell because my parents didn't scold me for accident and also I need to feel guilty (WTF) so she starts to make my hell you know rest of the story
I want to know how do you deal with them and this is not one example even my best friends got jealous of my luck and started to calculate my happiness.

so wanted to how can a lucky dawg deal with jealous and calculating crowd.
how you with them as it got frequent withy self improvent.
how you keep your cool around them.

man I need your advice here
my sister's jealousy got her best tonight my parents bring food for me from outside I could see jealousy on her face and she started making sarcastic jokes at first which I ignored so she further started to make rude comments called me beggar on which I thought is too much so I gives her a intense I contact from which she got nervous and said don't look at me like this otherwise I will make your life hell and more misery full then called my dad and told I was looking her angrily so dad said to break my I contact that I didn't break then I said don't try to annoy me otherwise you will be responsible what happens to you to which she took TV remote and strike me on my broken leg and there is PAiN to which I throw that remote to her head and my dad try to break fight b/w us but she do another strike on my broken leg and fracture got worse
I know this is site is for self improvement but because of your improvement people can envy you and also hurt you in my case it was my sister but it could be your friend co worker or any one and can fuck your life just wanted to know how do you deal with them .
please give advice.

so I should be nice to her no chance in hell I have a fracture which got worse I am having more pain coz of her sorry I can't be nice to jealous people I can think of these ways to deal with them
1) cut contact with them (best way I am going cut her outta my life ASAP)
2) ignore them
3) use them as emotional dumpster(also best as they won't see you happy they wont be jealous)
my problem is I have very clam attitude and i look happy most of the time this make people feel jealous and start calculating why is he so happy
I can easily look myself down but that will be bad for seduction and my general life
would further like to hear your thoughts.
