Hi Guys,
There will always be one leader, and we all have our own interest. The problem with personal interest is that a lot of people make things personal when they don't get what they want.
MY answer to that? Leave then, Leave your organization, Leave your job, Leave your whatever.
Try to always remember the common goal that you wanted to achieve. Remember why you there in the first place. Ask yourself, Is this what i want to achieve and how can i help people achieve their goals and how people can help me achieve my goals. It just "nonsense" to accuse people are egoistic. You can see it with society, They accuse people out of a lot of things, just so to achieve their power and personal interest. That's fine, really. But when you accuse people of being "egoistic", it's just labels, an excuse to get things your way.
Women do this too, Feminist do it to the extreme. Everyone does it, but doing it without a cause and excessively may do more damage and harm.
