Ok so on the site, we saw how girls show interest......but is there a possibility that a girl will hide her interest in a guy???? If so, how can a guy know that she's hiding her interest????? Are there any upfront signs/indicators??? I would love to hear your thoughts on this....

I suggest you be a little more specific.
Most often girls are subtle with their interest. They will stand close to you pretending to check out something or check you out when you're not looking (use your peripheral vision to catch this).
A girl might hide her interest if she thinks you will not be interested in her.

Hey J wick.....to be more specific....are there any girls who are interested in a guy but act totally in an opposite manner.....i.e. Pushing him away, being mean, calling him names, saying they're not interested in him but continue to talk to him with great enthusiasm.....etc

I haven't run into any girls acting like that personally, but Chase has mentioned that very horny girls will sometimes be mean in that way.

I ran into a girl like this on Monday actually while I was watching bball with my buddy. She was previously in a relationship with another girl, and on the masculine to feminine scale she was very masculine for a girl. Constantly challenging, sarcastic mean. I consider myself a smartass and everytime I would make a smartass comment she would try to frame battle me harder then i have ever seen.
A couple hours into the night I gave her the fuck me eyes and she ate it up.
