How to approach in this particular situation ?

I take math courses at an adult school this summer and when we finish an exercise book, we do an exam on the subject in a different classroom. The supervisor in the exam room is insanely hot! She's the shy and quiet type on the outside but a naughty girl in bed and it shows... A LOT, she really turns me on. The problem is I'm 17 and, while I slept with dozens of girl this year in senior high, I have no idea how to approach her without it seeming awkward and, even if I do make a good approach, how do I move her? She's on her shift, there are other people around doing their exams and we have a bit of an age gap. I know she thinks I'm cute because I've seen her blush and play with her hair both times she saw me. She also stole glances and I know it wasn't just to check if everything was under control. At least, I have good fundamentals I guess. Anyway, if you guys had a couple of suggestions regarding how I should start the interaction and how I should move her, you'd really make my day, if not, my year.

I have this exact situation where i work at an insurance company, i have a mediocre job there for a 19 year old ofcourse...and these women who are head of departments know it but they seem to throw glances at me, when i first got the job i found that these women wore decent skirts but after 3 days in the skirts got shorter and i wondered whether it was a reaction to my presence or i breathed hot air and they were just trying to cool down...like this hot secretary of the MD gives heavy IOIs saying Hi's each time we cross paths, stopping for a while in my field of vision just so i can lust over her maybe...and im left thinking she knows im young and shes fucking attracted why doesnt she make a move cuz she knows i wouldnt turn her down or maybe she thinks i would...basically all women are the same when they sense ur Alpha they forget their ages and expect you to lead normally...but i dont want them to reject me out of fear of being judged by other co-workers....Im curious to see hw these guys will help u

Catch her when she's not supervising for ur exam . It's probably more comfortable for u and also more social intelligent that way.

Otherwise, just casually dish out a compliment when you're handing in your paper or something, and see where it takes u.

Personally, I'd make sure to be the last person out. Even if I finished the exam early, I'd stay behind. If there are multiple people staying behind after the exam time is over, I'd linger around in the back of the room or something so that no one else comes behind me and "gets in line".

I'd probably start by saying "You make things so hard" with a sexy smile so she knows you might be talking about your dick. Then I'd go direct (because that's my style) with something like "You are really attractive, and it would be terrible if we never saw each other again. What's your plan now that the adult school is over?". Then I'd maybe deep dive a little bit about whatever her plan is, but primarily focus on the logistics of setting up a date.
