Years ago, there were AMOG tactics for this sort of thing, but I get the feeling that is not the best approach. What is the strategy here?
How to approach women hanging out with men chasing her?

It can sometimes be fairly easy to get a woman with men chasing her. Other times, it's maddeningly hard.
Let's say Mr.Wine&Dine is chatting up HB9. He is obviously chasing after her as seen by his constant asking her to go on extravagant trips with him and supplication, but it is the good sort of chase; her value is skyrocketing as a result, and she is enjoying it. This is an instance where it would be more difficult to approach her, as they may just be friends, but Mr.Wine&Dine can still chase after a woman and have an emotional connection with her. That emotional connection can make it downright difficult to approach, as she's locked into a conservation with him.
Now, if you have some guy chatting her up and she obviously is throwing out signs like, "This guy is awkward. I hope he leaves..." then it is fairly simple to approach. Just try to let the guys ego remain intact. A good little tactic is greeting her like an old friend, "Hey! Fancy seeing you around here." That way he doesn't feel that some random dude swooped up his girl, and doesn't feel like he has to protect her. If you have great fundamentals, she'll probably play along, and then you can move with her and get into an isolated conversation.
