She works at a restaurant with me. Tonight will be the third night I have worked with her, and I want to ask her out because she's cute and it seems like she's interested. There are three problems:
1. She is in high school and I'm in college (she's like 2 and 1/2 years younger)
2. She is a coworker, could get awkward if she refuses
3. There are usually lots of people around since it is a restaurant
Do you think I should go for it? Could I get some tips for how to ask her? Should I try to be really flirty tonight before I ask to be 100% sure that she is interested back?
