How to decrease risk?

So I got a girl number, she also agreed to the date.
She was in high school.
No guarantee she will show up on the date. But hypothetically she do.

Then I have a few options:
- Just move on and find another girl: It is an easy answer. No risk whatsoever, but anyone could do it.
- Actually going for sex: It is possible if she was completely into me, just want a quick hookup, and no one find out. Still, I don't want to go that route, the risk is unacceptably high. But if there is a way to pull this off I'd like to hear it.
- Go for friend route, and convert her to wingwoman: This looks like a low risk option. As long as she is not turning against me. Other than that I can trade friendship for preselection.

The only reason I didn't go for sex is that I don't want the girl to use it against me later.

I do accept that I have to take some risk. But I do want to decrease the risk as much as possible.
My idea is to get investment. The more the girl invests, the less risk she is.
