How to express myself better?

Hey guys,

I've recently become aware of something that is holding me back socially and sexually,

I feel like I'm not expressing myself to my fullest ability - I feel like I'm emotionally stifled when speaking to people, and unable to access any particular vibes because I'm thinking too much, not able to flow.

An example would be when I am excited to talk about something to someone. While I will feel incredibly excited or happy to share something with someone, my voice, facial expressions, and body language make it seem like I am bored out of my mind.

I had this pointed out to me by a friend recently, as he wasn't fully paying attention to what I was talking about, even though it was important to me. I asked him why he wasn't fully paying attention to me, and he told me, "I'm sorry man, I didn't mean to. It's just that your voice and expressions are kind of monotone, and I can't feel the excitement you're talking about."

The gist of my question would be this:

How do I learn to start expressing myself better, and to stop overthinking what I'm going to say during social interactions, and instead just be able to go with the flow and access and utilize different vibes?
