How to flirt with a barista?

There's a girl that works at my school libraries coffee shop. I work at the library often enough to where I see her on shift multiple times when I get coffee. Thing is its sometimes busy but I think she is really cute. It would be difficult to have a long interaction. Additionally, there are usually other employees there. The only thing I can think of is to do little small talk then go direct. What makes this most uncomfortable is she is sometimes busy working or there are other people. Any ideas here?

Engineer dude! There's a whole article on GC for hitting on girls while they work. To sum it up ya have to go direct or at least half direct if ya don't have a lot of time. Ya need to be unfazed by holding up the queue a bit an acknowledged ya realise she's busy so ya don't seem like a social tool yah? Ideally get get away from colleagues but if ya can't ya just have to go for it. Confidence an assumed attraction!

A find ya might need a plan b in these scenarios in case they don't have their phone on them an they don't know their own number, so have a pen so ya can always write down yours. It puts the ball in their court but makes the best of a worse case scenario. If it was an objection ya passed with persistence if it's a polite rejection well she won't be texting dude!! Either way is fine if ya pull it off smoothly
