how to game with with a language barrier?

As the above states running into issues with the above

Like in conversation with a HB and they have to ask their friend to translate, attempt alternate language or have to repeat my words...

HBs on my travels here know a bit of English but keep on running into issues with my accent (think they're used to American speakers)

am planning on slowing my speaking down to counter this in addition to working on my accent

(this should let me be able to Deep dive better or use the social frame questions (SMMA) when I can be understood...)




but I'm curious how others would attempt to game with minimal talking?


Only things I can think of on short notice is...

Physical based stuff like Dancing
(which I implement when I can, but it's just DG (Day Game) so far over here)

Subcommunications- Gun's SECT and other variations Warped's sexual projection and Containment

Direct approach to rapid compliance stacking? - know enough of the native language to complement direct then attempt to build compliance (physical or otherwise)...
