How to get noticed?

What's up guys? I'm having trouble getting girls to look at me and notice me. Whenever I'm walking around school or out and about and I see girls I feel like they don't even see me. I'll be walking past them in the hall or on the street, and they don't even look in my direction. Whenever I read a FR it seems that the girl looks first and then we look back at her and smile and go from there (something along the lines of that).

I can tell you that I've started dressing more nicely (better than all of my friends), have better posture, and look and feel more confident, but I just don't know where I'm going wrong. Either I'm doing something wrong or I have literally no social awareness and can't tell when they're looking. In either case, it's something I want to fix. Any tips or advice would be very appreciated.

Two quick fixes: pea cocking, either by a crazy hair style which I prefer for the club or an outstanding piece of clothing or accessory. And second, I suggest you read about Pre Opening

When you start getting notice, you want to also be normal and do your stuff. LEt girls know you are known for people looking at you. it create some intrigue.

If it's at school, walking around with friends tends to help a bit with getting noticed as well. If you are walking around with girls that are friends even better as this makes you seem higher quality

If you're in high school.. Something that worked for me was doing crazy and funny stuff. Like serenading my teacher with "Hot for Teacher" or making witty comments to a teacher that was considered mean. Sprinting through the school with your pants on your head, no shirt, and whitey-tighties will also do the trick .

I think you're looking at this a bit wrong. Firstly, girls notice, but they do a MUCH better job at not being so obvious like guys do.
Girls sometimes look and they sometimes open you but in general most women still percieve it as the guys job to do so.
You get noticed by speaking to them.
