I have been going out with a girl recently and after the last date, proposed we go over to her place (my place is totally not doable as I have my sister visiting). However, she said she just moved in and wasn't ready for visitors (I know that she did in fact just move in so I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt). I didn't press too far since she put up all sorts of reasons, and decided to give it another shot at the next date. I texted her three days after the last date, to which she responded enthusiastically yes within 5 minutes. I will be going out for dinner with her tomorrow and will try to get to her place again.
However, I was wondering (couldn't find too many articles talking about trying the second time) how I should tailor it this time around if I've already proposed going to her place once. It seems to me that if I bring up heading to her place at the end of the date it will exactly mirror what I did last time and hence it seems too cookie cutter and she is almost expecting it. Does anyone have any good strategies for how to go to her place if you've already proposed it the first time? Thanks!
