but she is never really your girlfriend if you not having sex. especially when you don't even have a first kiss for like 3 months already! I don't know is it Girlschase suck or you forgot to read the fundamentals of dating. Certainly not the first.

But I agree with Zac. I think your first item of priority should be dumping a girl who does not want to kiss you even though you clearly want to, and find a girl that does want to kiss you.
I don't agree with Girls Chase philosophy of "dating without sex doesn't work". In fact my first real girlfriend was like that. And it was definetely a very fulfilling relationship full of love that lasted for 2 years and ended with me going abroad and breaking up with her. Although I was a virgin at that point, and I would not think of having such a relationship now. So that kind of thing is possible among partners who are both religious. That being said, it has to come from a perspective of love and respect and your girl has to see you as someone who could get laid if he wanted to. It doesn't seem like that is case with your relationship even if you are both in high school (I'm assuming you are?). Because kissing is so mainstream even the most conservative of girls would see kissing with their boyfriend as innocent enough. So she is throwing a huge amount of resistance for a such a small ask and you are investing more and more into this girl who treats you like an orbiter.
Hope you find yourself an amazing girl who blushes and giggles excitedly at the thought of kissing you, brother!
PS. I fucked so many girls from conservative countries and conservative backgrounds (including Indian) I can tell you even in the most conservative countries people fuck, and people fuck a lot.
