Ive been going out with a girl from work since the begining of september. No one at work knows were seeing each other. I talk to all the girls the same so not to make it odviuos and i am also going out with other co-workers. So this girl is kinda shy. We had sex the first time out and she told me on our 3rd time going out that she doesnt want me to think of her as a slut and I told her i didnt see her that way, because we knew each other, for month when she started in August and that it was only natural. So yesterday which was saturday she told me our manager has been hitting on her asking her out since our first time we went out. She asked me if i told him that she was easy and I told her i havent told anyone especially another guy that we are seeing each other. She said she trusted me but doesnt trust guys that much. So i decided not to have sex with her to let her know that i like her and sex is only the frosting in the cake. When i dropped her off at her house she said she wanted to watch a movie at my house on sunday. So i texted her Hey, and she replied back with a hey aswell. So i asked whats a good time to pick her up and she never replied back. Not sure why shes testing me or ignoring me. If you wanna let a girl know that you like her you have to fuck her. Fuck her a lot. Fuck her with passion. There aren't a lot of details in your post but if she wanted to have sex and you refused she might have thought you lost interest and autorejected.
If she asks you if you think she's a slut a lot, you might not be coming off as unjudgemental as you think. If a girl asked me that, I'd answer with something like "yeah, you're a slut, you're my slut and I love it" playfully or maybe talk about there are no sluts/ good girls because every girl wants to get fucked by a strong guy and it's only natural.
As to your question, you can't really soft next girl you work with (or live with). I use soft next for drama though, for your case I think best way to handle is act like nothing happened. Continue talking to her as you normally would in the office. Do not text her or call her, wait for her to initiate. If she doesn't, too bad (maybe text her a week later, it depends). If she does, just continue the conversation as if nothing happened. Non-responsiveness shouldn't elicit a response from you either. Punishing for something so trivial shows neediness.

Thanks for the advice. Yes we fuck each time we go out. The first week we went out 3 times thats why i think she told me not to think of her as a slut. That was over a month ago on the first week of september.
I actually acted the way you suggested before reading your reply. I talk to her as usually at work but tried to keep it at a minimum. Ill wait for a week to pass by and see if she texts me first. When she saw me at work she gave me a smiling smirk.

Mrre, well I did treat her the same as if nothing happened and talked to her the same. And we stared going out again. But yesterday we were sopposed to go out after work and she said if we can reschedule to 10 or so, because her friend was in an accident and she wanted to be with her. So I texted her later on with a wyd and she ignored me again. I think she likes me but is acting childish like I’m going to be chasing her. What do you think or any one else think I should I do next.
