How to Open girls that have already walked past you?

It kinda bothers that I don't know what to do in such situations, sometimes I lock eyes with a cute girl and she shows signs of attraction (like looking down) and sometimes even brushing their shoulder on mine when we pass each other.

What should I do in these situations ?
