The Story:
She's a college student/model. way too hot for her boyfriend. she's been dating him since highschool and is a senior now. he's a nice, "safe" relationship guy.
My roommate is friends with them and I met them through the dog park. have under the radar flirted with her. The boyfriend kinda suspects I think, but the girl is very receptive.
End up at a bar watching the game with them and my roommate and some other friends. I was crushing it with her all night, she was bout it. I bring some other girls to our group to cool it off and flirt in front of her. Talking very dirty, stealing pens from the waitresses shirt. etc. etc. But always indirectly when referring to her. keep everything very playful. very complementary and cordial of the BF.
We end up going back to the APT hot tub with a few ppl from the bar.
I flirt occasionally with the other girls. But seduce APT girl at every opportunity. She's eating it up. Her bf is proudly uncultured, so I ask her about her travels, what was interesting from the locales. We talked about art, her BF tried to troll me and I turned it around politely, saving face for him. She always stuck up for me if he said something negative, "he's very well rounded." She likes that I read, her BF has never read a book just to do it.
at one point I stand out of the hot tub (inadvertently) and she stares at my body for an obvious second. she wants it.
I lay some indirect compliments. My GF in HS played volleyball (she did, as did APT girl). I'm attracted to skinny athletic girls (APT girl).
I've learned that she has never drank/smoked weed, was a sheltered child. She doesn't party, but is very socially stable and experienced.
I think she lost her V to this dude and thinks she's going to marry him. but if she doesn't cheat now she will one day. I can just tell she is feeling like the girl in every romantic comedy movie with the choice between James Deen and Derpy McRichGuy. But James Deen is dead so I'm the best she's got.
Now she is hitting up my room mate all the time to go to the dog park (she didn't used to). They stopped by to see what type of food he gives Sadie? Stopped by to take Sadie on a walk. They weren't there long so it didn't heat up, but each time there was some sexual tension. However, I was blazed at the time and not at my best, and will admit I was not as dominant as I could have been when they were there. Nothign major but I just didn't take the challenge head on.
Okay now we're caught up.

There's no doubt that I'll see her relatively often in the future. Which I see as having positives and negatives.
A. I will have multiple shots at it.
B. It could get very messy.
I have no idea how I would get alone with her other than chance, but I am sure it can happen if I am prepared. I am not sure if she would go all the way, but I feel that she wants to. She considers herself a good girl and she seems to be very well behaved her whole life... too well behaved.
How aggressive should I be? Should I hint towards it the first time we're alone? or just stay subtle gaming her? I box all the time at the gym, she's seen me (I'm pretty good and I've found girls find it really sexy). I was thinking trying to convince her into boxing lessons.
if she gives me a shit test, "are you trying to fuck me?" I usually would say of course I'm a guy you're sexy. but not sure if I should in this situation?
