How to proceed with this girl?

Hey there!
Looking for some helpful advice here, how to proceed with this girl.

So I met this 18yo girl with her 2 friends back in December in a Bar (I was with a friend) and we played some board games in a bigger group (that kinda bar).
Got her number that evening, both went home eventually.

Now invited her to my house party last saturday and she came with her friends again, had a good time on that party and somehow landed up together in our chill-couch-room at 5AM. Most people were already gone, like 8 more people were left, chilling and smoking with us. Laying next to her, we had a blanket from who-knows-where and somehow made out without people noticing (lying under a piano... lol).

Yesterday we met again in a group of about 7 at a friends place, again chilling, watching some TV-Shows and again finding a blanket with that girl and touching each other, clear signs coming from both parties here.
Btw, she has a boyfriend.

Now I made this bet with myself not to text her telling myself "she will text you tomorrow anyway and tell you smth like "was nice"" but no, 5 minutes after coming home she texts me and invites me to a get together going on today! Yea, right?

Now I will probably go there but as we have not even ever really talked with each other, but mostly just touched each other I dont know if I can invite her to hang with me alone, espec. if she has a boyfriend, that could come on to strong, could it?

Whoa man, so your making out with her under a blanket on multiple occasions and now she's asking to hang out with you as soon as you leave seeing her? And she has a boyfriend?

You don't need to worry about moving too fast, you need to worry about moving too slow! That's a good problem to have my friend. Definitely invite her over alone so just you and her can hang out together and if I were you I'd invite her straight over to your house for sex (but don't explicitly say for sex lol).

If for whatever reason she won't come hang out with you 1-on-1 then I wouldn't waste much time with her as she's just using you for validation and fun if she only wants to hang out with you with friends around.

That being said I think she wants to hook up with you asap so go give her what she wants! (and post a lay report once you do)

Well would you look at that, some solid advice! :') Thanks Rob. Pushed me to do the right thing!

Anyway, met her yesterday again at the homeparty she invited me too, this time things escalated really hard (she was nearly wrestling me lol) after we got semi-isolated in an open bedroom but we couldnt have sex because it wasnt our bed or room and there were still other people walking around in the apartment.

Gonna invite her over to chill somewhere in the next couple of days, gonna post that report too if things go north smooth!
