Hey GC,

Long time no talk! Back to ask a simple question that might have a long answer. Thanks in advance for the answers!

After learning game and a myriad of other skills to a somewhat adequete level I keep hitting these glass ceilings. After doing a little research, the verdict is that a vital component that is missing is self-evaluation.

Seeing as many people here have developed excellent skills with dating and women. I was wondering what is it that you do to self-evaluate and how can I better myself at this skill to truly surpass this sticking point once and for all.

Hey Edd,

What an excellent question. For long period of time, I went out on dates only to realise that I was getting rejected every single time whenver I tried to kiss a girl. I didn't know why I was being blown out consistently with different women, or what I could do to get over my sticking point.

I decided to read through every single one of Chase's articles and I summarised the important ones into a word document. Reading all the articles and summarising them in my own words took me about a week a bit. I finally managed to have a solid grasp of the correct mindsets, processes and techniques required for success.

I changed everything about my game in accordance with the material detailed in the articles and Chase's book. After dates, I'd analyse what I did well and what didn't go as ideally as it should've. I wrote many detailed field reports which was essential to catapult my learning.

In essence, overcoming sticking points is simple (but not easy). First, identify what your sticking point is, and figure what you need to do to overcome it. You should do some reading to figure out what you need to do to overcome your sticking point. You should write a ton of field reports to pinpoint what you're doing wrong and needs to change. A lot of practice, and meticulous valuation will get you where you want to be and past whatever sticking point you might have.
