How to treat women as equals?

The title lays it all out.

I'm still new to pick-up, so how do I treat women like equals? I know they are and I see them that way, but my interactions don't show it... so what do I do?'

Also... I have a tendency to turn red-faced when I'm talking to people, especially larger groups... is there any way to stop that?

What helped me a lot when I realized I had bad social anxiety (and some crappy social skills in general) was taking a public speaking class (which was one of my fears).

It is simple - don't. Get that equality crap out of your head, it is pure brainwashing that you see everywhere. Women are not men. Women are women and men are men. Women should behave like women, and men should behave like men. We are not equal to each other, we are different.

This might take awhile for you to learn.. it might even take a few years.

But you need to realize that girls will melt when you just treat them like dog shit. And I don't mean like a total dickwad, but when you place yourself so high above them in status that they are nothing to you. You can slap them in the face and call them a cheap whore during sex and it will make them melt. They will protest you don't treat them well and you just leave, and they will come back begging for you.

Now, I'm not saying that you do this, but food for thought.
