There’s this one girl I’ve been spending too much time on. I set up a movie date for Saturday but she wasn’t very enthusiastic so I’m pretty sure she’s gonna flake. Even if she doesn’t, I dont know if I can make anything out of it.
(I might just flake myself and then cut contact LOL)
If she does flake, I plan to cut contact cuz it’s definitely been too long.
I read on this article that an effective way to do this is by telling her you wont be hanging around her, because you’ll be dating (people other than her!) pretty hard, implying you no longer see her as a fit romantic option.
But straight up saying “I wont be hanging around you anymore, Im gonna start dating a lot of other girls” like the article suggests sounds butthurt to me.
Do you guys have any possible reframes of that statement I can use that imply all the right things?
