Ssup boys,

This is not going on at the moment but I would like to know how you guys would handle the following situation.

You talk to a girl and set up a date. She agrees but then either one of the following happens.

1. She becomes unsure and starts backpedalling (I want to bring a friend blabla). You just notice she is not being certain and therefore she will probably act risk averse, despite showing she liked you before.

Or

2. The girl is a bit wishy washy and you can feel she is just playing and not serious. This only happened online before. Because if it happened live I would frame control a girl so hard she would behave with a bit more humility or at least not even propose a date. Anyway in this case there is probably no real interest.

Anyway in either case how would you proceed. You just know/ sense a flake is coming albeit with slightly different nuances as described above. Would you cancel the date before the flake happened? What would your calibration be.

There's a very interesting article by Chase on intentionally flaking on women you feel are going to flake on you. I think it covers both situations.
I can't find it but it's worth taking a look.

The bottom line is you come up with something that sounds important and cancel the meet the night before without proposing anything.
Then you wait one week and ask her again, her attraction should have increased by then.

I have not tried it yet but it sounds pretty good if you ask me.
