FR I Feel Like I am Losing her?

I met this girl last Wednesday, We had a good conversation not great, she is fresh from spending a year in Spain studying abroad, so she speaks a little Spanish and some French, I speak French as well. So after our conversation of about 15 minutes, talked mostly about her experience in Spain and her views in life, etc. then I got her # and we parted ways, and we have been texting since then, I like the girl, but I feel like I am losing the edge on this one, here is our convo below:

For the purpose of not revealing her identity, I Will call her Chocolate.

Me : Hey Chocolate, this is Jeffrey139, it was really nice talking to you today save my #.
Chocolate: Hey Jeffrey139 it was a pleasure meeting you and talking with you. I will!

Thanksgiving day:
Me: Hey Mamita (I am wondering if calling mamita was a mistake?), have a happy and belly popping thanksgiving
Chocolate: Mamita? Haha merci Jeffrey139 a toi de meme! (That's french for "same to you")
Me: Haha, Hmm, a little french, me like it, didnt know I know a little Spanish huh. We should continue our convo sometimes soon, it was riveting
Chocolate: It was riveting? Haha it was a good conversation. Sure we should!
Me: Lol, what's your schedule like this weekend?
Chocolate: I'll probably be doing schoolwork and running errands at home
Me: Ok, I'm sure your school work and domestic errands won't be too mad at me if I borrow you for a couple of hours over the weekend.

Day after Thanksgiving:
Me: Hey Chocolate, I'm free tonight,  it would be a good time to pick your brain some more. Whadyya say?
Chocolate: Hey Jeffrey139, sorry for not replying until now (note here: she didn't answer until noon, even though I texted her the night before), but I'll be pretty busy this weekend and I really have some things that I want to get out of the way. When I have the free time I'll let you know, plus you can text me if you'd like

What do you guys think I should do next? I think in my progression so far in seduction, I can get #s but very often I don't make it past that, I would like to get better at being a sexual man, even though I have read the articles, I think I still struggle with that, I am making progress but it's been a long way.

Either she's just flaky, or you didn't get her invested enough in you to make going out with you a priority for her. Normally, I would tell guys in this situation to just cease contact and cut their losses. But the end of her last text said "plus you can text me if you'd like". This might be her way of telling you that she enjoys the conversations with you and she wants to get to know you better before going out with you. However, it's also possible that she finds your texts entertaining, but she has little to no desire to actually meet you. So it still is very much possible that any further texting would just be a waste of time. It's up to you if you want to take that risk.

Thank you very much for making things clear to me, those are things that I am still learning.

For example, telling her explicitly the reason I am getting her number, this alone is great advice, then she knows to give it to me or not because she knows my intentions.

On the second point, I did compliment her on her smile, I told her at one point during our conversation that she has a great smile and that her smile is very open and genuine compared to other people, I am guessing that wasn't enough to project my intentions.

And yes, I did try to build some rapport around texting, won't be doing this anymore.

You said that I made myself too available, can you explain a little bit how did you get that feeling from the text? I am actually super busy, I go to school five days a week and I work five days a week, that night I said I was free, I actually wasn't free but I was going to try to find a way to leave work early to meet up with her if she had agreed.

Yes, I feel like this one is an L, but I will try to catch up with her around school or something and try to get some investment from her as you pointed it out. If I do meet up with her again, I will let you guys what happen?

I got three good #s this week and but suffered similar fate, but all in all I learned a lot.
