Ideas on how to answer "are you French"?

My (real) name is French and I come from a French background so 90% of the time when I exchange names with someone when we first meet they immediately ask "are you French?", followed immediately by "do you speak French?" (answer's yes - I don't have a French accent though).

Feel like there's a lot of potential to have fun (though it can get irritating) with this since it's so recurring but I don't really know how I can make the most of it (most of the time I just say "yeah" or "my family's French" and immediately move on). Any better ideas on what I could say and how to accompany it non-verbally?

"Yeah, and my last name is actually Fries (or Toast)" -- say it playfully. Make sure you don't come across as sarcastic or anything. Don't make her feel dumb for asking.
"Yeah, and my last name is actually Kiss" -- and do a sexy-playful smile
"No, I'm actually from [NON-WHITE COUNTRY]"
"No, I'm actually 100% [NON-WHITE RACE]"

Those are all I can think of right now. Also be playful with the last two.

After you reply with a bullshit/playful answer, you can either pause and reveal the truth, or you can continue dicking around.

Definitely pause before revealing the truth though. Visualize to yourself and decide which appears better:
"Yeah, and my last name is actually Kiss haha no I'm just kidding it's [ACTUAL LAST NAME]"
Versus
"Yeah, and my last name is actually Kiss."
Smile sexy-playfully while she laughs and asks, "OMG really?"
"Nah...it's actually [ACTUAL LAST NAME]"

The latter is more fun right? The former makes you appear more like a guy who can't really joke around.

You can also continue dicking around. I'm Korean, so I often get asked if I'm from the north. It's amazing how easily, and for how long, some people believe me when I say I'm from North Korea. Maybe you can say you have siblings named Madagascar, Chile, and Ecuador. Your parents named you and your siblings after the countries they had sex in. Then you can transition into talking about traveling, sex, etc.
