If she says her boyfriend is her best friend?

Just a bit curious about something. I know a girl who on rare occasions says that her boyfriend is her best friend on social media.

So I was wondering how that would affect a courting if at all.

I assume it should be of no consequence if I play it right with her. But I also wonder if I shouldn't worry about being (best-)friend-zoned, like I know many guys have been. lol And I also wonder if I should try to be a better friend in any way, though I guess I should not, and should focus on being a lover.

She never says to me that I'm her friend anyways (best or otherwise, she used to, though), and mostly just calls me "dude", "man", or my name.

I guess it's kind of a silly question, but I was curious. =P

You always want to focus on being the lover first. A girl wants her boyfriend to not only be her lover, but also her best friend (and preferably her provider as well). But generally if you want to have a shot at even entering a sexual relationship with a girl, you want to position yourself as the lover and slowly reveal your "friend" and "provider" qualities after you two have already slept together.

Keep in mind women want everything out of a boyfriend (meaning the lover, the friend, and the provider), but your best chance at getting the girl in the first place is to position yourself as the lover. Once you've given her good, hard, orgasmic sex, then she'll do just about anything to keep you around (including becoming your best friend -- and maybe even YOUR provider!)

Thanks, Franco. That was more or less what I was thinking.

Yeah, same girl told me next time I visited town (we currently live in different cities) that she could pick me up from the terminal and I could stay at her house (her mom's actually at the time), maybe even sleep with her in her room (she said "chill" instead of "sleep" but that was the implication). That was a while ago, though, and I haven't come visit since then for reasons, so I think I'llhave to test the waters first when the opportunity arrives.
