Hello...

There's advice on this board that says "Don't label things". But i guess if i am a poor man on the streets, If you were to say to me to visualize a mash potato, i would probably slap you.

So what is going on? Why do people label things?

It's not your fault. Our schools and education system don't really educate us on how we create our beliefs. Beliefs create a majority part of your life. But in order to change your beliefs, you must be conscious of it, and then you decide for better things, better desires. I study people who are successful, they have habits and yes Donald Trump mention momentum. but People like us do have this things too.

I think the key here is "Object".

Given an example, Everyday your life happens where people accidentally crash on you when you out of the supermarket. Then a car always brushes you off slightly on the streets, then you meet co-workers who always think you an ass.

You say to yourself,"My life sucks". and you are right. Your life do "sucks". "He who says he can and He who says he can't are both usually right" - quote.

So what is going on?

"Your life sucks" is a label.

Your real problems are here. Your beliefs which is essentially objects itself. Ever wonder why people who look for things, end up looking for things and never find anything?

Belief/Object - People crash on you when you out of the supermarket.
Belief/Object - Car always brushes you off slightly on the streets
Belief/Object - Co-workers think i am an ass.

Once you recognize this, you can decide to desire better "objects" in life or you decide not to have those "objects". And it can change, sometimes as fast as tmrw. Just decide.
