Intro
This story happened almost 1 week ago. I've been in Paris for about a month and I'm living in the huge international campus there (which is constituted of houses from different countries). Last Tuesday there was a welcome drink (with no alcohol, WTH?) in the house I live in so they introduce us to the administration and the rules, and also give us a chance to meet each other, since people who leave there are mostly foreigners.
The Approach and Number Close
After the formal stuff was finished, we started socializing. I was with my friend when I see a guy that I had already met before coming my way to say hi. And with him was a tall, blonde and very beautiful girl. After saying hi to the guy, I turn around to the girl and ask for her name (and introduce myself of course). Let's call her Jane. Turns out Jane is from Germany, she came to Paris with some exchange program and she's staying there until January. At first, the conversation was between me, Jane and my friend. As we were talking a female friend of mine passed by and she said something along the lines of "You seem to busy now to say hello" in a playful way in Lebanese so nobody else understood, so I smiled and told her to come and exchanged a few words with her then returned to the first conversation.
Since it was the 3 of us talking, I knew I had to do something to kind of isolate her (at least in conversation) so I can get somewhere. And somehow, in the next few minutes, I noticed that it was just the 2 of us in the conversation, and even though the guy was still standing nearby, he was getting engaged in another conversation. So I continued to talk to Jane, but soon I stopped paying attention, and focused on making strong eye contact with her and just smiling in a (I think) sexy way. I was actually thinking "Damn this girl is pretty". Next thing I know my female friend from earlier passed behind Jane and gave me a playful look that said "You're such a player" but in a good way, which made me smile even more, and Jane noticed that, which made her smile and look down a couple of times. Eventually I decided it was enough, so I told her that we should grab a drink sometime and told her to give me her number. First she said that she was in the process of getting a french number, but then she said that she'll give me her german number. I asked her if she had Whatsapp she said yes. So I took her digits and ejected from there.

After the event was over, I went back to my room, and I sent her the standard icebreaker text
Next day, I text her again
And I got no reply since then.
Needless to say I nexted her, and probably won't try to contact her again, but there is the possibility of running into her in the building. Do you think there is some way to possibly fix it? It would be nice if there were, but I'm certainly not hung up on her and pursuing other options in the meantime.

And I got no reply since then.

It would be nice if there were, but I'm certainly not hung up on her and pursuing other options in the meantime.
