Primer: The Warm Up
I remember back in the day, in my high school years, I would get mix results when a girl said this. I would sometimes rush to try and hug a girl, kiss her, or just do something really dumb on I look back on it. Mistakes are great learning experiences . . . haha. The main idea is yes a girl does want to be warm and you can get close to her, but you have to do it in a right way.

Touch Barrier is Destroyed: When a girl says this, it's really a test to see if you have the balls to make a move one way or another
Remember guys sexy men aren't afraid to touch women, matter a fact it's weird if two people who like each other and are cool with each other are afraid to touch each other.
Simple tricks: Time to turn up the heat (These weather references, doing anything for you guys? haha)
side by side: While I went with my fraternity brother sledding, I was chilling on the hill with a mutual acquaintance from a sorority
Girl: I'm cold
Dave: Me too, here come so we can warm up. *slides arms around each other's waste* Instant preselection at my disposal

Walking in a group: On a different night me and a girl were walking back to the house
Girl: I'm cold
Dave: Here let me see you arm, *gives arms, I link it* there that must be better
Girl: *Smiling* yes!

Girls during cold approaches *no pun intended* when I met them outside
Girl: It's so cold out here
Dave: You're right we should head somewhere warmer
Girl: Like where?
Dave: Follow me *extends hand* anywhere but here
Girl: *Excited* Okay!

Tips for guys with girlfriends
Girlfriend: Baby, I'm cold
Dave: I got a couple ways to warm you up

Closing thoughts: Guys the biggest thing to remember is a lot of times these are just tests to see if you're strong and brave enough to make the move and lead the interaction.

I forget to note that it's accurate. That makes it brilliant. If Chase sees this, i wonder if it's recommended to delay women's request like this only to make it up later. Just like an advanced guy tries not to kiss and touch a women but rather build sexual tension on the date until the isolation. She will definitely think that you don't "get it", but slight angerment might turn into something powerful later on.

Usually by the time a woman feels the need to vocalize something, she's been thinking it / feeling it / hoping for you to do something about it for a while already, and it's now time to act. So when you get "I'm cold" or "I'm tired" or "It's too loud in here" or "Do you want to stay here a lot longer?" or anything along those lines, anything other than, "Yes, let's get closer together and move together toward sex," is an indication to her that the two of you are not on the same team... she's trying to make intimacy happen, and you're more interested in whatever other thing you're doing.

So, unlike many nonverbal things - e.g., if she touches you suggestively, make a mental note to escalate things in about 3 to 5 minutes, but don't do it immediately if you don't want to look like you're following her lead - when she makes a verbal remark like this, it's basically saying, "You're in control, but I want more closeness with you. Can I have it?"

Your response tells her "no" or "yes" - unless you're experimenting to see how much women will chase you and/or how much punishment they're willing to take for a shot with you, you're usually going to want to respond by immediately moving things closer and saying, effectively, "yes."
